Washington DC ping for ID checks, answer and you are tracked live with the CIA/PRISM/NSA programs? No its just a telemarketer.

I received a call from this number today but I didn't answer it.   It went to voice mail but they did not leave a message.   Obviously a sales call or more likely a scam since that is the popular method they use now.

Idiot calls and calls and never says anything,  Backwards check it is a telemarketer.
