Never says anything or coughs & hacks! Very irritating.

With this 202 number, I picked up the phone to a middle eastern female asking if this is my number.  I said what in a very rude tone, as this is the 3rd or 4th time I have dealt with these people.  She hung up and the number has recalled me 4 times since.

Repeated calls from this number asking if a person we do not know is available. Despite repeated times telling the caller that he does not have this number and we have had the number for 15 years, continues to call.

This number calls my home landline phone several times each day. Since I keep the ringer turned off on this phone I do not answer (the phone service was included with the Xfinity package I'm subscribed to but I have no use for the phone and do not use it for anything).

Says nothing

Woman with heavy accent said she was with Federal Grants Program.
I hung up and called back three times over two hours, each time got a voice mail saying mobile subscriber was not available, and leave message.
I tried one more time, and an American male answered, again identifying as a Federal Grant program. He hung up on me when I questioned the agency's name.
Most likely a scam marketing group. My DoNotCall registration is not stopping these folks.

You need to APPLY for a grant.  This caller is a THIEF.
