A possible scammer?! She contacted he via text, claiming to be interested in me..told her I didn't know who she was and asked where she got my cellphone # from. Didn't hear from her again.

Received a text from Gloria wanting to order some Tupperware.  Asked where she got my # and haven't heard back from her.

Got a call about advertising for them. They sent a check and I have a feeling it’s fake. Still waiting to see. Caller says her name is Mayfield Johnson, HR Manager at Coca Cola. Thoughts?

This is a very well known scam.  They send you a big check.  Put the check in the bank and when the money becomes available the next day (note that I said available which is not the same as cleared), take several grand out and send it to the car wrapper.  Later the check bounces and you are out the money, the bank fees, and could face possible criminal charges as well.  If people would take two seconds to think, why would a huge company such as Coca Cola need you to pay the car wrapper for them?  Wouldn't they simply have an account with that person or couldn't they set an account up and then have them show up to wrap your car?
