Weird recorded call that says they are from the IRS (BS).  They tell you to call a number "before they take any action against you".  Not even in good English

Received a weird recording stating it was the IRS and that they were going to take action. When I called back it was some guy named "Nathan" who had a middle eastern accent and he claimed to be from the IRS and that I havent been paying enough taxes. I asked for verification about my information and he wasnt able to provide what I needed and instead said I'd receive another call.

this is the 2nd time i have received this scam phone call from the irs this year. the irs will not call you no matter what the situation they will only mail you a letter not call you.
