Trying to say I was chosen for a personal grant of $9,000 but would have to make a deposit of $295 at western union in order to register

Hi there, I to have received the same call. A friend of mine and myself also received the same type deal only send them five hundred to get fifty thousand. But I don't believe any of this

You are wise not to believe it because it's a scam. You don't just get awarded a grant at random, you have to apply for it. And when (if) you get approved, you certainly don't have to pay for it. If you can, block and ignore their calls.

I received this call today and u know it's a scam because the Government does not call anyone for anything under no circumstances.

This is a big scam use common sense  warn others about this scam. Google this type off scam also they are in India looking for victims to scam.

Grant scam all 202 numbers are spoof numbers. This scam been around for years  do not give them no money listen they can even speak English. They will con u out off your money and steal your info

same as Patrick Spruell above, except only $200. in I tunes cards, but will be refunded on Monday, when I will get a $9200.00 check from Western Union on Monday.

They are saying I will get the funds on Monday. Did you have a problem with the funds, Robert?

Nothing will be refunded. There is NO grant. They are thieves. Your money will be gone and there is no $9,200.00 check, cash or gift card.
There will be Nothing-ZERO. The post you see saying they got their money are lies posted by the thieves so they can get more gullible/greedy people to believe their lies and steal your money.

See my post above-you are throwing your money away. You just might as well throw it out the window right now as you won't get anything on Monday.

total scam. first they say you have to "register"(200). then they tell you you have to "pay the tax"(500) only for them to tell you there was an error in processing . wanting more money to "close your file" total SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
