I love these people.  I keep directing it to the ditched callers queue with the number not in service message.  With the automated tones it tells the robo-dialer the number is no longer in service.  Niiiice.  

In the short term, you can start adding these numbers to "SPAM" entries on your phone and set them with no ringtone.  Amazing how nice it is to completely ignore these calls and not be bothered.

I have been getting that # coming up with no message every day for a week. No wonder they will not leave a message. It would be fraud. Dirty tricks.
