    Received call a few minutes ago from same number. Same message. I would think the IRS would send a letter 1st and not a call about a lawsuit.

    Yep, my message was the exact same. I decided to head to social media to see if anyone else received a call like this. My heart rate was like yours, though the roof. Thank goodness I can now breathe easier. People need to get a life and do something productive instead of scamming or trying to scam innocent people. Hopefully, the elderly don't fall for such nonsense.

    Received the same call this morning. I know better.  IRS does not contact by phone. We should do something about this.
