they said that they were with the government and that due to a survey that i would receiving 9,200.00 dollars. and they asked for my bank info and credit card info which i did not give them.

It is NOT the government calling and there is  NO GRANT!

Me too I recd. the same call and they asked me to call back to this number 202-847-6794.

Used the name Gracie Spencer, SUPER ACCENTS,  asked me to get a US CERTIFICATION card at Rite Aid or CVS, and load $299 on it.   Are you kidding me?  Pay you to GET money? I don't THINK so

Got a call from a federal reserve bank saying I had to go to Walgreens talked with a manger Catherine Wayne also talked to someone named Jordan smith is this a scam

Total scam.  Read the other posts.  There is no grant/loan.  These scammers want you to send them a "fee" by untraceable means.  Once you've done that; you never hear from them again. Ignore and block.  You might want to block the entire 202 are code; it is often used by scammers.  Calls originate in India and Pakistan.  Accent should be a dead giveaway.
