Same here I dont recognize the number so dont answer and they never leave a message

Get calls from this number all the time and they either don't leave a message or hang up when I answer.  Someone actually started talking when I answered and started off with, "Hello.  This is Joe and I would like to ask you a couple of questions.  Do you think our veterans," and the line disconnected.  Most likely wouldn't have answered his questions as 99.9% of scammers are looking for you to say 'yes' so they can record your voice and then use it to open credit cards and other accounts in your name.  Not to mention the fact, that I'm very cautious about answering any calls from a 202 area code.

Did not answer and no message was left. This number has called more than once in the past couple or so months.
