Collecting money for a PAC called Law Enforcement for a Safer America.    Claims to support politicians who support law enforcement.

Computer asked for previous owner of my phone number. (I have had this number more than 5 years now.)  I said, "you have the wrong number."  The voice said they would call back later, and I said, "No.  We have no Daniels here; you have the wrong number."   So then the voice told me they were looking for any adult. blah blah, give us money.   I politely declined and explained I do not give to PACs, nor to charities I do not know about.  And I always give directly to a charity, not through a fund raiser.

Some of these fundraisers are scams, and many others are notorious for giving only a tiny percent of money raised to the charity that they claim to be working for.  I avoid them all.
