    Actually, it was a phishing text message asking me to call them.

    "Important Notice from Bank of America: You VISA DEBIT Card is Locked. Call support at 203-484-8366 . Thank you!"

    Bad grammar, phone number doesn't register on Google, this is surely a scam.  Don't call the number, whether it's an international forwarding call to rack up charges or just a scam to get account information, it's not valid (I don't have an account with BOA)
