called my cell. Called it back from my blocked landline and recording said out of service....to a scammer

credit card scammers under the guise of offering a consultation to reduce interest rate - same scam like all the others give them your soc sec # and credit card numbers and they'll run up the charges

Voicemail left from 203-484-9764 advertises an offer of a 55% reduction in debt of $10,000 or more with repayment of balance at 0% by calling this number. Sounds like a scam or an ad for a high interest loan to me. If you can't pay a debt this large or arrnage an affordable payment plan with your creditors, I think your only alternative is debtor's court or bankruptcy.

Rang in at 3:46 p.m.  I was expecting a call from SS, and I never know what their number may look like, so I answered just in case.  As I suspected, it was a recording "This is Rachel at card services....".  I hung up.  So sick of this sort of thing.

Blocked 'em.  I do not answer calls from numbers I do not recognize.  They'll leave a message if its important.

Called my cell from Branford, Ct. Left no message. Checked 800 Notes. Saw Comments. Checked Branford, Ct. phone book. It said "spam/fraud potential: high risk". Blocked it.
