Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

Same as everyone else. Lady named Daphne Lambert told me shes from IRS and there's a warrant in my name for tax evasion. She gave me some bullsh*t info when I asked her for her contact # and address. She hung when I said I was going to verify her info.

Lady named Daphne Lambert told me shes from IRS and there's a warrant in my name for tax evasion in a voicemail.  After I finished laughing, "Daphne" was reported to the Treasury Department and her number blocked.  Too bad she didn't text me or e-mail me because I can trace that if she didn't use the onion router.  I will also be notifying some friends of mine at the FBI as well.

Same EXACT thing as everyone else. The weird thing is she didn't ask for banking information, or credit card numbers, or even a social security number. When I asked her how I could take care of this problem she said to get a lawyer. She didn't even make any suggestions about a payment. I really wonder the point of this SCAM. I called the number back and nothing picked up, just a beep.

No she called me too but she asked me " leave your work right now and do not tell anyone about this issue even my husband?? And go to the nearest ATM to withdraw 5,000 and send them by MONEY GRAM.  That why I was going to the nearest police  office to ask . She said if I did not pay now she will forward my account to the local police department and they will come to arrest me. Ha

She got me talking to her supervisor and she was like if you hang up, it will be automatic refusal. Warrant will go out and police will be in ur door step in 30 minutes. They will ask to buy government voucher and pay to the officers that will pay a visit to your house. asked $4500 and when I said i don't have that much money, they were willing to give me a discount! LOL that put a definite to this scam and i pretty much hung up saying I will report to police which they didn't care. (He was like you can go to the police)  He said his name was Paul Smith (lol) and he worked in IRS in connecticut. (even gives u an address of legit IRS office).

Someone called me from the same number listed above, 1 203-485-2086 telling me that I owe on taxes.
Why police do not stop them, if so many people are complaining?

Maybe get some real local police ready to catch these guys when these fake ones come collect the money!

Yes, Is the same situation

first they did some short calls in order me to think that I have missed several calls from them. Then after I answered, woman, don't remember her name, told that she was trying to reach me the whole morning. She said that she was from IRS Investigation department, then said that they have already send me some letter to my home address about some arrested woman. And that they are going to send the info about me to police department. I told her that I haven't received anything like that and that I think that they just scamming me and end the call without listening for her answer. Beware of them.

Same call as everyone else but also from another number: 203-485-2094. IRS fraud, they need the ban hammer from on high.

Some Indian guy name of Ryan Wilson (7 eleven  Indian, not the NAtive American Indian) called me and said he is from IRS, that I owe money to the IRS and if I don't call him back, he will send out an arrest warrant to me. I have never heard of an Indian guy with the last name of Wilson. Habbib I can believe. Don't call them back or they will haunt you and irritate you for life.

Got call today. Reported to IRS.  Thats weird why if number was reported before they still use it? Is there a point to report it in a first place if they do not take it down?

WE ALL KNOW ITS A SCAM SO CALL AND HARASS THEM BACK DAY AND NIGHT.  I KNOW OF TWO OTHER NUMBERS THE SAME SCUM USED THAT HAVE BEEN SHUT DOWN OR THEY GET SICK OF ME CALLING THEM BACK - ITS SO MUCH FUN!!

REPORT THEM ANYWAY ALSO TO THE IRS AND FTC - STICK TOGETHER AMERICAN AND TELL ALL YOUR OLD FAMILY MEMBERS NOT TO FALL FOR IT!
