Many calls through out the day but never any message!  I don't pickup calls that I do not recognize the number from!  More of an annoyance.

Just called me not the first time either. Last call was about a month ago. Didn't leave message and doesn't pick up when I call back.

This is a telephone number originating in Stamford Connecticut.  They promise you a free vacation, BUT, the tax and tip is not included.  They then ask you for a credit card number and when you pay for the tax and tip, they will send you the free vacation voucher.  They are pieces of garbage.

I had a missed call from this number so I called it back and it says that you are a winner for travel points and that it is for an all exclusive trip for 7 days. Scam!

I was receiving 3 to 4 calls from this number 7 days a week. Whomever was calling me never spoke a word,I just heard them breathing and it really started to piss me off. One day, I was at the Marina where my boat is kept for the winter and I stopped into one of the stores and Lo and Behold, I spotted a Push Button signal horn, and I couldn't get my wallet out fast enough to pay for this Gem,that was going to cease my caller and His/or Her Breathing into my phone. The next day, I was so delighted to see that phone number that I learnt to recite it forward and back. I answered and still no reply except their breathing,at that moment I placed the airhorn up to the phone and pressed the button and let it RIP, for what seemed like eternity,but in reality, it was seconds. I'm sure that to this day that persons ears are still ringing,which makes me happy. In conclusion, I have not had any calls from the breather since that day.

Caller ID displayed this # but I let go to voice mail. No message left. Possibly telemarketing (?) I have my # on the Do Not Call and I still get the bs calls!!

I've been receiving calls the same as others. I did call back and it says WCA Services and that I had willingly
been a part of their database (NOT). I did take advantage of another message and was able to unsubscribe.
I suggest others do the same. I use my phone for business as well so I have to answer all numbers or chance missing a business opportunity. I too have my number on a do not call list but still get these annoying calls.

They call my cell all the time, leave voice mails, but nothing there.  I don't answer when I see it come up on my caller ID and just delete the voice message.,

Your callers do not maintain this site or this web page. Your callers cannot magically determine which numbers should not be called based on anonymous comments. You will not get compliance with your orders until you deliver them *directly* to your caller.

I have been getting calls from this number everyday for about 3 months, i finally decide to call it back and get a recording WCA subscriber services is the person/recording calling everyone, i recommend calling you phone provider and having this number blocked, it's a scam that asks for personal information saying that you won a prize. I hope this helps everyone :D

From card Service it went to WCA service. These boiler room freaks can't get the word service out of their minds can they? They need to service themselves by taking their twisted heads to a good shrink before its too late.

I have greatly reduced the number of calls to my cell phones by going to my carriers website (Verizon) and they allow me to block up to 5 numbers for 90 days. Since these scum change numbers every 30 I have had a very peaceful time. Call me once shame on you, call me twice shame on me. I also put it in my contacts list under Scum Suckers and assign it NO ring tone so at least after the first call they won't bother me anymore (I have filled all of the numbers in each and am up to Scum Sucker 47 now). This is only a whack-a-mole solution however it is the only one I can offer.

Just a note that WCA Subscriber Services is a different scam than the "Lower your credit card interest rate" scams. However they do share the same phone numbers, so who knows if there is some hidden connection.

Good luck with that. The bad news is there are thousands of complaints about this company not stopping the calls not to mention the unresolved complaints from the BBB that can't find a legitimate address for the company. All that can be found is a UPS drop box (The UPS Store #4567 -   2643 Gulf Bay Blvd Suite 1560-411, Clearwater, FL 33759) or a virtual office in Las Vegas (Worldwide Commerce Associates, LLC  3651 Lindell Road, Suite D  Las Vegas, NV 89103) with a receptionist answering the phone for multiple non-existent companies.

You are dealing with a company that is owned by a woman in India and registered in Cyprus. If you request to be removed from their calling list and the calls persist then you should continually file complaints with your Attorney Generals office and also file with:

If enough people keep complaining then maybe something will get done. The only option is to go after the companies that are outsourcing to overseas boiler rooms.

JACKSON — The Mississippi Public Service Commission has fined a Nevada company $20,000 for violations of the Mississippi “No-Call” law and rules associated with enforcing the law.
Public Service Commissioner Brandon Presley announced the fine. Presley says the fine was against Worldwide Commerce Associates, LLC of Carson City, Nev.
Presley says Worldwide Commerce Associates violated the law by failing to register and purchase the state’s “No-Call” list. The company also allegedly called people on the list and used an automated dialing system to communicate with consumers.
The company shall be prohibited from making any calls as a telephone solicitor in Mississippi until the fine is paid in full.

Write your Congressmen and Senators. We need CRIMINAL penalties against the companies that are profiting from these calls. Follow the money, slap them in prison, no one left to outsource to overseas boiler rooms, problem solved.
