A woman with an accent left me a message stating she was calling from pretrial processing. She claims she has 2 counts against me in New Haven County Superior court and will be actively pursuing me at my place of work and home. She has left the same message for other people with the same last name that live near by me. She claims I can settle the matter by calling them back at 860-571-3895. It sounds like a scam. I have been receiving these calls on and off for over 6 months. The person also left no name of the so called company she is calling with.

I got the same call- same accent- same EXACT spiel. She said that I took out a "fraudulent loan". DO NOT confirm the last four digits of your Social Security Number or any address! If it were real, there would be mail correspondence. (203) 571-3895 is a Westport number- NOT New Haven. This is a scam to get free money by harassing people at work!

I received the same calls but the name was Bobby Tayler.  They have called me , my boss and a co worker.  Can you say harrassement?

Woman with heavy accent told me she was from Connecticut provisional risk services. She had my address and last 4 digits of s.s._# I don't believe a word they say. Just ignore them. Its scamming 101. Don't give in or give any money!

I received call from the same number and it was recorded on my answering machine.  The woman who stated her name as Cindy Gonzales has heavy accent I cannot even understand her company name and most of what she said.  She claims if I don't settle my case by calling her, I could lose my property.
