I got the same call today. Indian accent- medical related (scam).
If we ALL complain to AT&T / Southern New England Telephone, just maybe we can get these scumbags in a little trouble with their phone company...? They would probably just open another account, but it's at least a little "pay back".

I keep getting calls from this number, I answered it today and said I couldn't understand him and I'm sure I shouldn't be talking to him, then hung up.

No this number is not disconected.  They call me multiple times a day on my cell.  Usually it comes in as unavaliable number but today they forgot to make it that way so the number is now on my phone.  The Indian guy on the other end I can never fully understand.  I get the gist that he wants to know what surgeries I have had and what complications I have had because of them.  He is full of [***].  I have answered no to their question multiple times now.  They call me day and night.  I have even had them call me while I was in the middle of class.  I have told them next time I will be calling my lawyer if they call me back.  Don't know what my lawyer can do if anything but unfortunatly it costs to have them blocked from my cell phone.  Have been seriously thinking about changing my phone number so they won't call me anymore.  Think I might try the I'm recording this call routine see if that works for me as well.

Heavy Indian accent, pushy, wanted my medical information, and surgical info, and we are on 3 "NO CALL LISTS"--No way do we have anything to do with this garbage.  Why doesn't someone go after these people and stop them???

I try calling the number back. Either disconnected or call cannot go through as dialed. Then that same exact number calls again. Somebody must have an off/on switch somewhere. Must be nice only to have outgoing calls from that number and no incoming!

Hi, called wife's BB number on 06FEB15, no VM left, nor any name associated with caller ID.  L-O-S-E-R!!!

Big whoop. These numbers are spoofed and rarely lead back to the actual origin.

Furthermore, common carriers are required by law to carry all calls that are presented to them.  They can't discriminate - sort of like "net neutrality."

I receive numerous calls from this #.  When i answer,  there is nothing but silence & when i don't answer there's no vm left.

Tracked this number to Egypt. Its a scam!
