I'm really impressed with this company. It's been a month now since I claimed my business. I did read the reviews online but I decided to take a leap of faith They were honest in saying I could do this myself for free. But like the representative said, u can do your own taxes yourself as well, but instead your going to hire a professional. My listing was accurate. I received more calls. I was also coming up alot more frequently in searches. The only thing I regret is that I didn't do this sooner. Thanks Bizmote

My story is about the same.  Their claim was google was getting the money! I was told if I didn't pay them Google was going to shut down my listing. The price started out  at 699.00 then after a brief conversation it went to $399.00 unfortunately I fell for it, and the monthly $169.00 shame on me  I did go online and claim and verify my business listing after i talked to them, expecting to get charged by Google that didn't happen. Should have canceled then but I waited about 3 months. My listing is on several sites now but I don't know that it is helping. Lesson here is do your homework. I didn't!

A little expensive, but i have recieved more business

I got a call from a local number, I thought it was a customer, that's how local the number was.  I was prompted not to hang up.  Then to press #1 regarding our google listing.  It did seem legitimate at first.  Then, a English speaking young woman came on the line and I asked what company she was calling from "Bizmote360" was what she said after repeating it 3 times because she mumbled the first two.  I explained that our google representative was our local phone company provider and that I keep in contact with her 2 times per week.  The young woman said that she was sorry and would take me off the list.  Call your local phone company or the host of your website.  They will verify the truth behind these ridiculous "waste of time" sales calls.

I didn't realize this was a scam and I paid the $399!  How can I get my money back?  Every time I try calling them, a recording keeps saying that my call can not go thru! I talked to "Brad" and he told me that my business would not show up on google anymore if I didn't update my service!

Sorry that you got scammed.
The caller was not the real Google ... it was a scammer.
If you paid via a card, contact your card company.
If you paid via check, contact your bank.
Otherwise ... you have little to no recourse.

I had a different experience with Bizmote 360. My company had moved about 3 1/2 years ago, about 45 minutes away. We were not only listed at the wrong address, but no one could find our store... Bizmote did correct the change and update the phone number as well.
