On the average I receive 2 to 3 calls a day, many from this or similar numbers. Since Manitoba area code is 204, unfortunately, I often answer. When I don't answer, I figure if it's an important call a message would be left. I used to get several more calls a day but I got my kids to answer and tell them that I died. That finally seemed to reduce the number of callers! I believe that this is a genaric # used for a variety of phishing scams.

Let go to answering machine - no message left. Looks like this is a spoofed number (not actual originating phone number or location). Added to call block list.

The caller advised me that my company listing is expiring and asked if I wanted to renew. SInce I haven't listed my company with anyone I asked which listing. I didn't quite hear her answer but it was bogus. I said I didn't want to renew.  She said that was fine and since they bill at the end of the term I owe them $689 for the last invoice. I said I never signed up for any listings, she said I did. I said the hell I did. She said no problem we will mail you all the information. click

Got a message left on my machine from this caller. They were mocking my childrens voices, whom I have recorded as the outgoing message. Not impressed.

Have been getting dead air calls from numbers with this prefix. They don't leave messages and they don't respond when you pick up. SCAM

Not the first time this number called.  Weird, no response.

Got a call this morning, went to voice mail, no msg, called back right away and it said this number is disconnected.

Just called today. "Hello is Mr Erickson there?" with a bunch of east Indians in the background, yelling at other people they have on the scam line. Scam, scam, scam.

This number called me, didn't make it to the phone. 10 minutes later Unknown caller calls, I answer, no response, just dead air. 2 minutes later unknown caller again, this time I reject the call. They just called a 3rd time while I madfe this post, I answered and gave them the dead air, after 5 seconds heard a phone hang up. What is with these people.

I've missed 6 calls in 1 day and when I did answer he was asking me my name and address I asked him who he was and hung up! Been missing at least 5-10 calls a week from this guy every time I try to call back I get this number is no longer in service

Got a call from the number 204-480-0203 I said hello they said hi, I bet your happy with yourself and hung up.

I got a call from this number from someone with and East Indian accent saying he was from Windows in California (note Manitoba, Canada area code) saying my Windows security code had expired and I needed to get it updated.  He was quite insistent saying it was very important.  I told him there was no way I was giving out any info about my computer on the phone since I had no idea who he was and it sounded like he was calling from India.  At that point he hung up on me.
