Calls and when you answer there is no one there.  I've tried calling the number back but all I get a silence and then a busy signal

They called and then hung up when i answered.

this companys fuhkin [***] ... they try to make u give em money to sell yur vehicle , its a scam  ... they dont stop calling either..

Got a call from these guys today.  I tried calling and no answer.  Funny thing is, it's also a number of a client of mine who calls daily.  I freaked out because my client's are criminals.

It's true, it's a scam they call you and tell you that your vehicle was found by a customer who went through them to purchase your vehicle. They tell you they will give you a cheque or money order of an amount higher than what the vehicle was selling for. The number is (204) 480-0223. Nobody answers either.  Then they tell you they need your Visa or M/C # to bill the service fee charge of registering the buyer and taxes or something. Anyone have more info pls post it here.

Wierdest thing! I'm in Winnipeg (that's the area code) and didn't look when I was talking to them.  She asked for all sorts of information on henna and then told me she was from somewhere in the states.  When I told her I don't sell henna, and where to get it, she still seemed interested.  If it's a scam it's a wierd one and I'm not sure what's going on.  Is there a name this person gave anyone??

Wanna hear something really funny?  Every time I call out on my Vonage phone, this is the number that shows up on everyone's caller ID.  It's not my number.  But if other users are having this issue, there's no telling who is calling.  Just that they're with Vonage.

Same deal. Some idoit calls, wants to buy my car, I missed his call so he left a message, but the number he left doesn't match the one on my phone. I ran both numbers on this site. and look what I find!

Yeah, it keeps calling me at like 7:00 am... im not even close to be getting out of bed at that time. so its just always a missed call on my phone! and when i call it back, it just busy! , its almost  like a payphone

Got the same thing, called at 8am but didnt answer. No voicemail left but im really curious to find out what this ones all about.

well my baby's daddy calls me from this number and hes not in Winnipeg not even Manitoba so when he calls this number shows up so at first i thought he was lying to me then i fugued it out this is interesting.

I've seen this number a few times on my Caller ID, but they never leave a message.

Got call from "Lea" who called on the pretext of being interested in my car for sale.  Got a call back number for her of 204-480-8694...an answering service for Autosold or MyAutosold...a total con.  Just hang up.

Recieved a call at 9:30am this morning from this number. They Kept asking about some lady from Pakistan. Seemed like a prank call to me.

A guy named Larry called from this number.  He said for $150 he would sell my car.  He started askeing questions.  I said I didn't know about it because I had never heard of the business.  He gave me an e-mail site www.alldealsonwheels.com.  I surfed it.  However it seems fishy, no company information etc.  He also gave me a number of 866-873-9755.  I called both numbers and it rings busy or theres no answer.

Have also had this number call me as well. H ave been recieveing these calls for the past two months now either have missed the call or there has been no one on the other end. When we have called the number back it is either busy or says that its part of a vonage test line "This is a Vonage test line, no further action is required". We use to have the vonage service and noticed that the number from others who have answered our calls have reported that this very number comes up on there call display or it was all zero's.

Had the same Larry call me and then Kate and after sending them a $199.00 cheque we never heard from them and the truck is not on the internet.  Same phone number.  Can't the cops do something to stop this?  If you let it ring 13 times an answering machine will cut in but no one ever calls back.
Tried BBB but they can't find them. Wonder about small claims court?
