left no message, sure sign of a scumbag

I  got a call from 205-313-0741 on January 28, 2019 at 1:04 pm, about the time telemarketers start to call.  The caller did not leave a message even though my answering machine was on.  My caller ID said, "Starnetincir," whatever that means.  In the past, I have had calls from someone with a similar caller ID so this is probably the same firm, just calling from a different number.

If this was a legitimate business call why wouldn't the caller leave a message?

Have a good day everyone and don't answer the phone.

Caller I.D. reads STARNETINCBIR and a quick search turned up a legitimate company called StarNet I nc. based in Birmingham, AL. Still, disconnecting without a message is annoying and I will report them as soon as the  Do Not Call website is up and running!

A robocall from UN-known  - NON-WORKING NUMBER - Lower your Interest rate scam - A search shows this number to be from Birmingham, AL. A land line using US LEC OF ALABAMA, INC. They keep calling using a different new number after being told to remove my number from their call list and blocked.
