 Yep, its Charter, with their new flock of phone dialers in Birmingham, AL.

This company calls 2 to 3 times a day and I have ask to speak to  some one that can stop the calls. Still getting the calls.

This company needs a class action suit filed against them for nuisance calling, unwanted attention and by definition it is 'stalking' of customers. Disturbing the peaceful enjoyment of your home with multiple harassing calls, harassment and mis-use of personal information.  
Of course there is a LIST on which you are already receiving a service from them. And the best way to stop calls, cancel their service.
If a company refuses you services for not giving out your phone number after you provide a mailing address, they can be sued. You are not required to own a phone to have cable tv.

Harrassing calls. They don't stop!!!

I have had calls almost every day for 8 months now, always asking for a Suzanne Harkey, and each time I tell them they have the wrong number, that no Suzanne or Suzanne Harkey or any other Harkey is associated with my phone number.

Charter is supposedly in Missouri, but I've lived in Illinois my whole life.  What does it take to get them to stop?

Keep getting phone calls from 205-588-6521.  Have repeatedly told them I'm not interested in adding channels, switching to their phone and internet, yet they keep calling and calling and calling...
I didn't even want Charter for my cable service, but they took over from our current provider.  Disgusted and fuming!!!

Keep receiving calls telling me I can save money by bundling services. I already HAVE their bundled services for business AND the telemarketer seems surprised by this information every time! Get your records straight Charter before you lose existing customers!

I've never heard of this company.  I have AT & T and am not interested in changing.  This is just one more of about  8 different telemarketers calling daily and trying to tell me I won a cruise, buy health insurance, need to provide them with more information for my credit card I have with them (I don't have a credit card with anyone) buy cheaper car insurance, refinance my home,  you name it, they are doing it.  I want peace and quiet in my home and yet nothing stops these people.  I realize they (the employees) have to make a living, but get into another  line of work and stop bothering people.  If I want to do business with you, I will call you not the other way around.
The abuse of using phones (cell or land) is increasing and I think there should be a way the federal government should take action. DNC is worthless.
The telemarketers laugh in their faces and continue to harrass us.  Nothing worse then a constantly ringing telephone (ignoring it) or stopping what you are doing to answer them.

Daily phone calls on my cell from this number.  No one on the line and it does not disconnect.  I called the number back on my land line and get the automated message that the number has been disconnected and to check the number and try again.

I live in Suffolk, Va. where Charter has been given exclusive cable rights. I'm told to contact City officials but most of them don't have a clue on how to handle these annoying calls either. What else can we do? Maybe deluge them with our calls?

I have just started getting calls from this number and they ask for a name that I am not !

So I tell them that I am a relative and the the person they are looking for was in a terrible and fatal accident and will not be using their services or this phone very soon !

Usually works just about every time. At least they will think twice for disturbing the family who just lost a loved one hopefully !

Calling every day and not leaving a message.  Bugging me at 8am- when I'm sleeping!
I answer- and no one is there- and after 13 sec.- they hang up!!!

I hate Charter TV!  I already have their services- why would they bug me more?
