    Received a call from this number at 10:06 pm on 8/4/19.  Robo call stating GTL was going to change my phone number .......then I hung up.  I did not have a clue what GTL was so I looked it up on the internet and it seems to be a carrier/service for people who are incarcerated.  I do not know anyone in jail.  How could anyone change my number when my phone has never been out of my possession.  Is this a scam call?  I really don't know what to think about this.
