    Didn't get a call but got a postcard stating that "David" wanted to buy my house, could pay 'cash' and close 'super' fast without repairs, inspections or other 'hassles'. Also, didn't care if I cleaned the house out or not. As the old saying goes, 'if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is'. Return address on card was 'David, 732 Montgomery Hwy, PMB 232, Vestavia Hills, Al 35216
