Called cellphone multiple time can't call back

A woman with a foreign accent called, identifying herself as working with the US Treasury Department. Hung up when I asked what her call was about.

Total scam call. Call saying they are with the US Treasury Dept. and they are filing lawsuit against you. When you start asking questions, they hang up, AFTER they call you dirty names.

I've gotten this caller multiple times in an hour. And they would call more then 2 times a day. Nothing is said.

Woman with foreign accent said she's from the US Treasury. Said i got a grant for $7,000. Asked if i knew why,  tried to say no but my voice cracked. She asked why i was laughing and hung up.

Indian accent man said he's with the Treasury Dept. about a US grant or something.  I hung up then.

Man with a heavy foreign accent saying he was with the US Treasury telling me I was one of 2000 people who were to receive federal grants.  I was to call a number to receive the grant.  I told them to mail it to me.  He said that they had mailed a letter to me already and could not do it again.  I told him I was not interested, and as he hung up he said "[***] you!"

With in three days I received six phone calls from a 206 area code. Four of those calls from this 111-4444 number. I didn’t answer and they didn’t leave a message. Seems suspect after reading these statements.

Multiple calls from this number on my cell and at first it was just dead air. The last time though when I picked up it then rang to a call center I'm  guessing and the lady with a thick foreign accent and near-phenom-like ability to stick to her telemarketing script despite the amount of questions I'd throw her way told me that I, too, was one in 2000 that the "US Federal Branch Dept" had randomly selected for me to win free LIFETIME benefits (totaling $7000, of course). After asking her to read my name from the list of two thousand others she abruptly hung up.

This person called and asked for money for the IRS

Called my phone I picked it up was man with think foreign accent said he was with the us government then quickly hung up

This number no lie literally called 10 times a day and when I answered i said "why do u keep calling?" then there was dead silence then I said "u gonna say something?" The I hung up and 2 hours later I got a voice mail from this same number but it wasn't a Indian government person it was my own voice saying what I said when I finally answered I was instantly spooked and blocked the number
