Yep, claims to be Josh Marshal and threatened to have me arrested for tax fraud.  Got VERY angry when I asked for the charges in writing so I could take them to the local IRS office to check it out.  They don't like being called on their game.  Please report them.

yes this guy threaten to me , and they said he is from IRS and asking me the money and they harass me as well . and said he is calling from local police office . as well .

Same things above. They even used sound effect like real police station.

First of all, the guy can hardly speak English.  His threats made me laugh at first and then I was a little angry about it.

The only IRS that they belong to is the -- "Indian-Rip-off-Scam!" Report them to the FTC, Attorney General, go to their sites, you can find complaint forms that you can fill out online.

Fraud Saala. A guy, seemingly Indian, left a message asking me to report to police or him, George Martin, for a federal investigation. I am an Indian and this guy called me on my cell phone that I do not share carelessly, so its likely that one of my Indian contacts in ATLANTA, GA has passed on my number to him.

They left me a voice mail saying they were Advanced American calling about my loan application. I usually do not call these numbers back but I was concerned they said loan application and I never applied for a loan and am concerned about identity theft. I called and asked why they were calling me they hung up on me. I called back and a different man answered and also hung up on me.

Called from advance america said I had been approved for $15000 loan. Barely spoke legible English. Asked if I banked online. Said I needed to call my bank and give permission for a mobile deposit. Afraid it is a scam. When you call they say they are from advance america.

No message but it seems to be a scam related to IRS....

Called three times in a row. Left message on my recorder that a law suit had been filed on my name and would be reported to the local courthouse and would also be reported to legal matter. We did not return call and think this is a big scam!! Would like to block number.

I'm in Independence Missouri,  threatening lawsuit,  called twice.  Within a couple of hours.

Called threatening lawsuit and mentioning charges filed with county. The call came in at the most U business-like hour of 8:30 pm on a Tuesday evening. 206 201 0042 is the call back number they leave. It's a robot call. I love this site - just google search on the number and you have all the reports at your fingertips. The message starts when the the phone was answered so I didn't get the company name.

Threatening lawsuit if not called back. I hope someone in law enforcement would start going after these scammers.

Threatening to take us to court over a law suit, claims he is from IRS.

Received same message as everyone else has been reporting... Automated message.  Lawsuit filed in my name for IRS.  Told to call the number back.  Call coming from Bainbridge, VA. same phone number.

Claims to be IRS, when I asked why I hadn't received anything in writing caller stated "I would be arrested for fraud in 30-45 mins so I told him to go ahead."

Same robo call. I tried to call back and got a busy signal. I can't wait to hear their scam.
