Insisted that I contacted them requesting information on how I wanted to further my education.  Asked personal questions.

I just got a call from this number, didn't answer it.  They didn't leave me a message.  I've been getting calls from the number that begins with the same first 9 digits number (206) 201-011...Every time I block one and another number would call me with different last digit number.  I think they all work together.

Education scam

Scam.  Phishing for you to say the word yes.  Asked if I could hear him.  I said " I can hear your" then proceeded to ask another yes or no question.  I said "no, that what he said was incorrect and to remove me from his call list..." immediate hang from his end.  Do not say the word yes to any questions they ask.

Didn't answer. No message left.

Called and said they were the social security office.  Said he wanted to ask me a series of questions, then asked if I was over 55.  I didn't answer yes, just told them to send me the the questions in a letter form

I have just received three calls in a row from this number. I did not answer and they did not leave a message. I have been receiving calls the last couple of days from several numbers, two of which were definite phishing scams. The caller would talk for a minute or two, then ask 'are you still there?' My reply: 'I am." Both of the callers informed me at the very beginning that the call was being recorded. I only answered the calls because they called twice in a row and that often indicates something important ... I live in the 206 area code. I didn't answer any of the calls from 206-201-0112.

repeated phone calls from this number with no message. have entered into the do not call registry but calls continue. Have called line and automated answer with NO company name and they reference a customer service email also that doesn't include a company name.

I started picking up on all the spam calls.  I pick up but do not say anything and just leave it hanging.  Have been doing this for about three months and recently noticed a sharp decrease in spam calls.   Reporting them does not work.  Blocking them does not work.  Talking to them only increases your risk of them recording your words to use against you.   So I pick up, but don't say anything and I must say, I am pleased with the results.
