got a message on my home line , it was an automated message that said they were from the IRS and this would be there last call, that it was in reference to a law suit against me/us. However , they never addressed the call with a name .  and to call back .

I got the same message on May 11, 2015. Caller I'd shows the number as a pay phone 718_758_9741

I received the same message. I don't know what this is all about!

It is a scam from India trying to steal your money.  The real IRS mails letters if there is a problem.  Ignore the caller.

I received an automated call saying it was irs and I was being sued.when I called back a man with a foreign accent answered.i said I understand you are the irs and I'm being sued.he hung up and the number was busy when I tried to call back.the number was. 2062012707

Received the same call last night from 206-201-2707.  I called back and kept saying person not available.
pathetic!

Message was left that this was my final notice that I was being sued by IRS. That they had been trying to get in touch with me. I called back and no one answered. I wish I had Googled this number before I called and not after. It's scams ever where you look these days. And to think I'm paying an extra $2.25 a month for a private number. Wow!!!!!

I also received a call and informed them that they were fraud. When I asked to speak with a supervisor he said that he was the only one and that he was a supervisor.  He stated that I had 2 hours to make the payment or else it would go to court.  I told him to hold because I thought he was a fraud and that I was going to call the police.  He then asked how long he needed to wait and I asked him to wait for 2 hours.  He stated that I could go F*** myself.  This is total fraud.  Becareful.

I rec'd a call from this No today, luckily for me I still have a land line with an answering machine and I couldn't stop laughing at the message from the "IRS", HA HA HA. Why do people pay attention to scammers? Why do people return their calls?

This number, 206-201-2707 called twice today leaving a message that a law suit was being filed against me by "IRS, Internal Revenue Service". Odd that all mentions of THE IRS, and THE Internal Revenue Service in the message, leaves out the "the". Probably a very unprofessional scam message.

It scared me really bad I have a bad heart got sick to my stomach

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

Receive a call from this number and it was not a good feeling, what is going on?

Caught this call on May 18, 2015. Beware, as many of the above bloggers have indicated this is a fraud which has
fooled many an intelligent and reasonable citizen. Like blogger "MJG" said the real IRS will send you a official letter
if there is a tax problem. And if you're really deep into owing back taxes to the government you can expect a knock
on your door from a real IRS agent.

I just received a call from that number.  I told him that I had a friend who works for the IRS. I was going to ask my friend if he worked for the IRS.  He said his name was Kevin Soovi.   He said that I owedo $3K.  Did I want to fight it or take of the matter immediately.   He wanted to know how much money did I have in the bank.  He asked twice.  I called the local IRS and they closed 2 hrs earlier.
