A woman called me from whatever company this is at my work saying that I stayed in one of their resorts and that I qualified for a free vacation. I asked her how did she get my number because it was brand new. She said, in the "White Pages." So, then she transferred me to another person who was a male. He asked me how old I was and I told him 19 years old. Which I am not. :-) SMILE

I rejected the call, and sure enough I see here that it was probably a scam.  Thanks, everyone.

More criminals trying to steal money.  Forget the DNC list, that law is like all the idiot gun control laws.  Criminals don't follow the law to begin with, so what is the sake  of  having it.  And with the tech breakthroughs like call forwarding, you can only stop them with a concerted police and/or FBI effort which will never happen.  Just tell these thugs to FO.  Maybe they will get tired of it

no caller has filled my call logs like these losers.  Many more on-going attempts even after the losers have been perma-blocked.

Didn't recognize the number, but my in-laws live in the Seattle area.  At first there was nobody on the line, then some chick who said her name was "Raz" (I kid you not) comes on.  I ask why she's calling and she says it's "Worldwide Travel".  I say she's violating the Federal DNC list and to take my number out of their system or I'll report them and that I might anyway, and she hung up.

Called but left no voicemail, on Smartphone. I carry a tracfone as a backup, and another scam/hangup number (214-453-1112) called the tracfone at exactly the same time.
