- Kristi replies to Sonia| 25 repliesDo you have tmobile? I was just told after finding them on my phone bill that these are text messages sent through the server. Apparently when you send a text it goes through the server...I'm kind of freaking out myself because these are on my husbands phone in the middle of the night.

- NK replies to Kristi| 14 repliesI have tmobile and i just spent over an hour on the phone with them disputing the text charges. The lady basically called me irresponsible, saying that i had to have sent them out or that i let my friends use my phone. On my bill, it showed up as me sending texts to someone in Seattle. (i do not know anyone who lives there) but when i looked up the number online, it said it was a cell number in Dallas. The people that we talked to on the phone at tmobile were convinced that we were lying about the bill. Is it really a server? and if so, how is it possible that it IS a server number and the tmobile customer service people aren't even aware of it?
- toby| 1 replyI received 5 text messages from this same number - I did not send them - I do not text message to anyone.
- Danielle| 2 repliesI have over 200 text messages to this number on my bill. I too do not know anyone in Seattle. Thank goodness for unlimited texting!!
- tina| 3 repliesI have a T-mobile account as well. I have outgoing text messages from the Seattle number 206-313-0004. I called T-mobile and had the same results as others that have posted on this page. I called the Seattle number, it is disconnected. I called T-mobile. T-mobile said that they could delete these charges as a "one time courtesy". Therefore, if this number showed up again I would have to pay for it.
Just like others who have posted complaints, they cannot block the number and they will not admit that something is going on with their server or someone has hacked into their system. - RoamprI also have T-moible account and receive on my bill outgoing text message to 206-313-0004 at 2:00 am. When I know for a fact that I never sent any message. Even only it were 30 cents, I had to call and complaint; I just will not pay even one cent for something I did not use, even if I have to waste more time and money fighting for it. Like other people I also was roaming, so it look like a roam glitch that they have to fix. However if people pay for it, I dont think they will fix it because it will not be in their best interest. In my case the T-mobile representative initially told me that unfortunately I had to pay the charges, I explain her that I did a little research in the internet and found that that number is an T-mobile server and I dont chat with servers and that I knew that was a roaming glitch that many people have complaint before. They said that they are going to remove the charges. The service representative was very nice.

- Carrol B| 6 repliesRec'd my T-Mobile bill today and noticed 10 text messages sent to 206-313-0004. The total was only $1.50 so I just let it gobut my curiosity got the best of me and however I went to "Google" and typed "2063130004 who" and was referred to this web site. When I saw how many other folks had this same situation, I called T-Mobile and spoke to a very nice rep and read some of these postings to her...She also told me that those texts were definitely from my cell and therefore sho could not remove the charges. She then went to a supervisor and ascertained that the 206 number actually is from one of their servers located in Seattle. In further explanation she told me that if your phone is "roaming" and you send a text message and they can't identify where it was sent, they just use the server number as the number to charge. Am I confusing you as much as I think? Anyway, bottom line is that I'm a liar and have to pay for the messages! Where is Catherine Zeta Jones when we need her?
- Pissed at TMobile!| 1 replyLooking at my bill, just noticed that there are several outgoing text messages to 206-313-0004 also. These were not made from my phone at all. I did an internet search to see who's number this was and found pages of websites of people who have this same issue with T-Mobile. I called T-Mobile and the customer service rep was very rude and insisted that they are very accurate at their text tracking and that there was nothing she could do. She was fumbling around and said she couldn't find this number but if it was on my bill I am responsible for it. I got so angry I had to hang up on her she said there was nothing they could do I would be charged for the texts.

- Kelly Savage| 2 repliesI too have the number 206-313-0004 on my outgoing texts. I called twice tonight to T-mobile and the first time I called they said there's nothing they can do because it was someone I or someone else using my phone did. The second time I called I told them that I knew about all the other complaints and the rep told me the 206 number actually is from one of their servers located in Seattle. In further explanation she told me that if your phone is "roaming" and you send a text message and they can't identify where it was sent, they just use the server number as the number to charge. Bull CRAP! I never text anyine and no one else ever uses my phone!!!! The guy acted like I was a liar and hung up on me!

- Shannon NelsonWe've had the same issues, and have called T-Mobile only to be told they are indeed text messages we've sent-which we have not. After spending an hour talking to 2 different reps as well as a supervisor and getting no where, I asked for the supervisor's supervisor and was told I would receive a call back as the supervisor is "currently in a meeting". (?) Still, they are insistant that these text messages that we did not send and have no knowledge of are our responsiblity. I am an adult with no known mental problems or instabilities, have always been capable of accepting responsibility for my actions. I would like to think I would be aware if I were sending these text messages. The associate even went so far as to suggest that perhaps my husband is doing it without my knowledge! I informed them that I was fully aware of the fact that this is an ongoing problem-that I did a google search, etc. Even asked that they do the same the many times I was put on hold for them to "research" the problem. Still having the same effect-they swear that these are text messages we sent. I am at my wits end with this and have no idea what my best course of action is. Please, if anyone has any advice on how I may resolve this matter, let me know. Our contract with T-Mobile is not over for more than a year, and I have no intention of allowing this to continue-so if you know something that I don't, please advise!!

- SI noticed an outgoing message to this number in my statement. I found this site thanks to google. After reading the posts, I think 'Carrol B' is right. At the time of my message, I was in another state and my tmobile phone was constantly switching between operators. I guess when you are roaming AND you send a message, you see this number on your statement instead of intended receiver. However, this, of course, does not explain the folks who never sent messages but charged anyway.
- Rebecca Garcia| 2 repliesI was charged for tons and tons of outgoing texts only to this Seattle Washington number...206-313-0004....not a single T-mobile rep was willing to help me out, or listen to me and just kept telling me id have to pay the charge and I ended up paying a huge bill just to have my phone turned off. This is a bunch of CRAP!!!!!! Im so angry and upset!!! I want to get to the bottom of this!!!!!

- Linda A.I also received a bill for two text messages, and was told they came from my phone and also if I didn't make them, then I let someone use my phone. It is just my husband and I in the house. My husband rarely uses a phone let alone a cell phone he certainly couldn't text he has trouble dialing a number. We don't live next to any of our kids so it was impossible that we made these text messages. I also have never sent a text in my life and I'm not even sure I know how to.
They couldn't credit my account so they gave me 20 free text messages to use in the next three months. I've never sent a text why would I want 20 free?? They also told me to keep an eye on my account to see if this happens again.
Good Luck to all and I hope we don't get stuck again. I also did the reverse directory which brought me to this site. - MLWow. I just happened to click on this because I was posting about a number I just received a mysterious call from. I can't believe how MESSED UP this sounds!!! I'm on t-mobile too, and now I'm thinking I definitely need to take a closer look at my next statement. Just, wow. I hope someone can get a straight answer here soon!
- AP| 7 replieshttp://support.t-mobile.com/knowbase/root/public/tm51134.htm Check out the bottom of the t-mobile support page. It looks like they are admitting that it is a SMS Support Center Number. I smell Class Action Lawsuit!!!!
