This number called me and said that I had been approved for a 2000 dollar loan but in order for me to get the loan I have to pay them 320 first then they will put the money in to my acc. Never heard of this kind of mess if I had money I would not need a loan this is a scam they will just take your money

This happened to me also, the mid-eastern guy said his name was Austin Marks? all I could make out from the fast garbled way he said the name of the company was USA Cash Advance

Got a call from this number. Said I qualified for $2000 loan. I had to pay 200 up front to get the deposit. H as to be a scam.

This number called me saying I was approved for a government grant 10,200 because I have never filed bankruptcy and I pay my bills on time. U would NEVER have to repay r file taxes on it. But in order to get a 10,200 check I had to give them 190.00.
There was no one there that spoke clear English.  I mark this as a total scam!

So I first got a call from 202-470-2490 stating I had been picked for a $10,200 government grant.  Afterwards they gave me a confirmation code JV102.  I was to provide this to the processor so they could place the money on my debit card.
I needed to call 206-317-1435 and provide the above code.  I called and was greeted by Christina Gomez she told me in order for me to get the money I needed to pay a $190 registration fee so that I would not be taxed or have to pay back the grant.  She told me to purchase a greendot MoneyPak card and once I have this to call her back on extension 212.  I called her back and gave her the number on the back of the card.  She then told me that I would need to wait ten minutes before the funds would be ready.  After waiting she then told me to finish the process I needed to contact the Federal Reserve Bank to finish the transaction. This number 646-583-2599 when I called this Ben Ramirez got on the line and verified my identity and then told me to call back in 15 minutes while the processing completed.  I waited 15 minutes and called him back and then he told me he needed to check on the processing as there was something wrong with the transaction so I waited got disconnected twice but I kept calling back to check as they said that they did not disconnect me. After 2 more minutes he came back and told me that the funds could not be transferred to my bank because state to state transfer over $8000 requires PPI  (Payment Protection Insurance)  this would cost me another $600 that was to be placed on 2 greendot MoneyPak cards in $300 denominations.  After losing the $190 I chose to play with him.  I made up fictitious numbers and then played dumb as to why the funds weren't on them.  Finally I called Chritina back like she told me and let her know I got my money.  Even though I did not I told her she could close my file now because I did and she sounded confused and then hung up on me.

I just got a call saying I get over 10,000 dollars for grant money . but wanted me to pay 190 I told them they are scam and she got mad at me and said they were not that it was from the government. I laffed and told them when they can put someone one that's from this country I might believe them. Lol someone needs to stop these people. And [***] them like they have .

206 317-1435 is a SCAM.

My wife got a call saying we were one of 1500 people to receive a $12,000 grant.  The grant was coming from the Human Service department via the Federal Reserve bank in New York.  We were not to use the money for gambling, alcohol or pleasure.  All we had to do was pay a tax.

I called and said I understood there was a program giving out grants.  I asked what was the program and who qualified.  The woman kept saying what was my confirmation number.  I replied that  was only seeking info on whether I qualified.  The phone then went dead.

I called back and no one answers.  Call a third time and the woman said she would call back in 10 minutes.  I could not understand her English

i got the same call from this number 206-317-1435 I did not give them any money but they did get my banking numbers

Call your bank immediately, and inform them of the problem!

Well before reading these reviews they called me 30 mins ago and they told me the same story all of you are saying so I gave them a blood bank card # and then they told me I would have to send $210.00 in order to get the money I said "why don't y'all take it out of the grant money" they said they couldn't I would have to pay out of my pockets.... so I'm like I'm going to have it monday knowing my damn card don't work lol she said just give us a call back when you do have it! so I said ok. then I look their # on line and find all these reviews and it's definitely not good!!! so I called her back (Gloria) and told her why are y'all scamming people and she tried to say they are not and they got their money or they didn't pay so, I said bull [***] lady! I'm going to get my lawyer to look into this she said feel free too that's no problem I said of course I will let him investigate this scam!! and I hung up!

It is a scam.
The government does not offer grants to individuals for personal use.
It is a scam ran by off shore con artists to trick you into sending unrecoverable money to them, you get nothing in return.

The only legitimate avenue for government grants is through www.grants.gov which is the official US government webs site for grants.

They just called to tell me I have a $10200 federal grant but I'd have to pay $195 filing fees.

Just contacted me from this number said I received grant for 10,200 just needed to call back with the approval code and my account info. Yup just as I thought scam!!! We just called back to tell  them we caught onto scam will hunt them down and take to police or what we have to do to stop their scam. The man with a strong accent simply said " Is that what you want to say so you have a nice day bye- bye" we also said we had trace put on phone so if he calls back WD will know where he is, he hung up on us.

My mother recieved a call from this phone number claiming that it was a governemnt "lifetime grant" and it seemed to good to be true ! The lady said we had to deposit $210 and thatcto call the lady once we were going to deposit the money and that seemed a little odd ! My mom had given out her banking information , but we took action right away and froze her account and changed everything . I just can't believe these jerks would do something like this , DO NOT FALL FOR THIS NUMBER !

I received a call from 543 210 9876 and the person who said his name is Mike Miller employee I'd# K16785. He stated that I qualify for a grant from the treasury department. He wanted a account number or a prepaid credit card number. I didn't give either and then said the money could be sent to me by western union.
He said in order for the transaction to be completed I had to call back at 206 317 1435 and reference a number he gave me.
After looking up the phone numbers and doing some other research everything points to a scam or fraud.

Yea, they did the same to me. They told me to pay ahead $210.00 and I told them I did not see the grant yet why should I pay my money for. Then I told them to cancel it and hung up. I think someone need to straight those pieces of trash out.

Yes someone needs to do something with those jerks.
