Said phone call was IRS filing a lawsuit against me.

I just received then same call

I received the same message.

who is this and what do they want, Is this a scammer

This is a scam. Said the IRS is filing suit. The IRS never makes outgoing calls.

I received a call from this number on my cell.  Said they were IRS and were going to file a lawsuit against me and that I should call the number back.   The call was an "automated" voice.  I hung up.  SCAM!  SCAM!

Received same message about IRS filing suit.  Will block number.

Please investigate these people!

I got a call from phone No. 206-319-2023, the caller said I needed to pay $4,900.00 or I would be arrested immediately, they said I had a warrant.  I told them I called the police, and the IRS, the hung up abruptly.  I kept trying to call them back, and no answer....scam, scam, scam.  Please be careful.

Yes, Alicia it is a scam.  Please do not worry about it.  I does sound scary.

Definitely SCAM

Received this same call and number 5 days in a row, turned it over to seniors against crime and state police.

This #left a msg just saying to call back to learn more aboug a "case file," not mentioning IRS. Ignoring of course.

I received the same call, saying I owe $4900 for misfiled taxes from 2009-2014. When I told the lady to send it in writing and I'll have my attorney contact, she hung up immediately

OMG...I received a phone call from 206-319-2023.  I knew it was a scam right a way.  I told them, they must be really stupid, the IRS doesn't call people up.  They would send documents in the mail.  LOL

Anyone have an address?  How can you stop them from calling at 5:00 in the AM?
