I just got the same message saying they were the IRS and I was being sued. They left a call-back number.

Stacy Hansen, Rose Lopez & Sam Smith all have heavy Mideast accents & get quite rude when asked how to spell their names & where are they located!!

Two irs calls today from different numbers.. Tried calling back. Could not connect.. What a--holes!

Thought a funny part of the call was where she says "IRS, internal revenue service." Not very professional sounding. Also liked the part, "Hello, this call is officially a final notice..." Cute.

Same here, IRS is filing lawsuit....

Same as all above listed. Robo voice claiming lawsuit by IRS and left this as a call back number. I'm glad many of us are smart enough to check & report before calling back but I feel bad for those that are more nieve!

My caller ID said the call came from a cell phone out of Washington. It was a robotic voice stating that this was the final notice and the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me. It said to contact this phone number immediately 206-319-6368.

I returned a call with call back # and message of being sued, of my recently deceased mother in laws line. She said I must clear the IRS debt before someone was sent out to arrest her. Was then passed to a supervisor when I asked how they were going to arrest a dead woman...who started crying when I asked him the same...then he asked me if I wanted her to pass on to heaven, & if so I needed to clear her debt to assure she would.
Total bogus

This # Called me Twice about the IRS Filing a Lawsuit Against me, Get Real, like they would really call from a cell number if they even were - I don't think so!

Same IRS "lawsuit" scam as above.  Received on home and home office number. Also at 5 AM ...lovely to hear the phone ring at that hour.

Bogus call from IRS. IRS does not call, they send mail to you. Don't get fooled by these bogus scammers.
