- JimI just got my MC statement and found a charge for $5.80 from neodigitplanet and could not figure out where it came from. After reading everything above, I call the credit card company and told them what I found out. They gave me the phone number to call but it was the same as the postings, 0-206-337-3905. I asked and they agreed to take the charge off imediately. Hopefully it doesn't happen again.
Any ideas about how they are getting the information to make these charges. They all seem to be small so they hope people will ignore them. - Same here replies to CRBI had a charge from Neodigitplanet.com for $8.96 as well out of Los Angeles. Called them and got a message machine. Left message that I'm launching an investigation. I'm turning it over to the FDIC and FBI for investigation as well.
- Same here replies to CRB| 1 replyI just filed a complaint with FTC at 1-877-438-4338. Please, ALL OF YOU who were hit by this, call and file a complaint. They also encourage you to call one of the Credit reporting agencies, Equifax, Trans Union or Experian and let them know. One will notify all others. Also, they want you to call and file a complaint with your local Police for identity theft.
- Same here replies to CRBNot true! Don't wait until the charges are posted. Call your CC company or bank NOW and have them credit you back. See my post on who to contact immediately, per FTC.
- Same Here replies to CRBCall FTC 1-877-438-4338 and file a complaint immediately!!! Also call credit reporting agencies and Police and report identity theft. Per FTC
- N-NJ replies to Same hereI got my bank statement and found a charge from Neodigitplanet for $6.86. I called my bank and started a claim. I then called the FTC to inform them of this scam and that i may be a victim of identity theft. I have only used my debit card THREE times and those times were for a home warranty contract.. Just wondering who could have had access to my debit card info ? I do not use it and do not own,nor want to own , an ATM card.
This sounds like a major scam operation to me! - Ron Talbott| 1 replyHad a charge on my credit card from NeoDigitPlanet on 4/28/10, never heard of this place. My credit card company said they can't do anything about it, what do I do???
- felixI received my mastercard statement friday. I haven't use the card in months. I notice that Neodigitplanet was listed under transactions. Same telephone number. The charge 9.94. I called mastercard, explain to them the charge was not mine and that I had goggle Neodigitplanet. I informed them of others exeperiencing the same problem. The representive asked if I had bought guns, ammo, or anything that has to do with firearms. I had my card canceled and they will issue me a new one.
- arthur replies to LumiAlso got a charge on my card for 6.95 from this Neodigitplanet.com out of Oakland, CA. I tracked the domain name back to it's source and called that number which is 213-265-3191 out of Los Angeles, CA. They were the ones that set up the domain name for Neodigitplanet, but it looks like the domain name is available again. I left a message and told them what was going on linked to that domain name and told them that they should call the FBI with any info that they have on who set up this domain acct. to begin with. They probably used a stolen credit card to do that with too!
- !I got a call from them about a month ago.
I also got a charge from this NEODIGITPLANET for around 8 dollars.
It was on my debit card, I notified my bank, they cancelled the payment and are investing it.
It just seems so weird that they call you and then scam you... I have no idea how they got my info, the only time I've even used my debit card EVER before this scam was for a WEAR YOUR BEER .COM tshirt order.
Did anyone else order something from this site? - SandraI had this also!!! Just called MC and talked to the fraud department. I DID order from Wear Your Beer at Christmas time! My charge was only $8.94. Imagine how much money they could get from people who don't bother to follow through and call on these bogus charges. I smell a rat...
- Sandra replies to Ron TalbottRon,
Bring up this site and read some of the posts to your credit card company. I just did that and they immediately credited my account and issued me a new card. This is definitely a scam. If they won't, tell them you want to cancel their card. I am afraid this is only the beginning of bogus charges on my credit card. - eddie rod. replies to LumiI was charged 6.98 cents from these people I don't even know who they are. What's funny is that my bank sided with them!!!! So I am out of my money
Even though it's not much I am going back to the bank and show them all the complaints from other people No way I am giving up. - KathleenI too, got a charge from this company and I live in Canada! I have not done any business with a company by this name. Mastercard was helpful in reversing the charge but we must be vigilant. Fraud is theft and theft should be punished!
- Caller: Credit card charge
- Paul in IL replies to CRBI also had a charge on my account. I challanged it, but NeoDigitPlanet got the charge reversed. The person listed is: Michael Jianhua Wang at 4320 Pampas Ave. Oakland, CA 94619-2710. He sent a bogus invoice to my bank claiming to have sent me a Wire Cable Cutter Multi Snip Scissors Hand Tool. I did not order nor did I receive any such product. I am very willing to get involved in a class action suit against this person and company. Anyone else interested?
- Chris in IL| 1 replyI am having the same issue with this neodigitplanet. I was charged $10.64 for something that I did not order or buy. I disputed it with the bank (chase), and they gave me a temporary credit, but then took it back. They said the transaction was a valid transaction. They gave me a paper showing my info, yet with somebody else' email and a tracking# for www.shiphktoworld.com. The tracking number when entered on that website shows a package being delivered to my house, but was cancelled. This is whack. Chase said that I have to contact neodigitplanet and get this resolved. I have called the number(1-206-337-3905) and left a message. I also sent an email with no response as well. I am clueless as to what else to do. I thought we were covered by our banks for issues like this.
- SHUT UP replies to Chris in ILYou are covered half wit! If you were not arrogant like the rest of the world and impatient. Yes it's fraud and yes your bank should place a claim on the transaction since you're not liable for anything you did not authorize. Unfortunately like most stupid Americans you want results now and that's not the case...there is a process.
