    If you listen to the whole robo message, they tell you at end to press 2 to get off their list. I asked them twice to be put on Do Not Call list. They keep calling.

    It would be nice if you told us what the call said they were calling about.  Since it is assumed this is a scammer, we can also assume that pressing 2 will not add you to their do not call list, but will add you to their list of "live" numbers that they will use again and/or sell to other scammers.
