Same as Ron, I answer, they hang up...if I call them back, it rings once and hangs up.

I wouldnt care that this number called me today right b4 i got home but my dad answered and said that they asked for me by name, he said i wasnt here and said they hung up and then ya if i called back it would ring once and hang up....im confused

They called my office and wanted to talk to "whoever was responsible for the A T & T bill".  I told them it was our main office, and gave them the phone number.

Several hours later, they called again, again asked for "whoever was responsible for the A T & T bill".  I told them they had called earlier, and again told them our main office takes care of that bill.  They asked for the number and I told them I already gave it to them last time they called!

Obvious sales call, but two in one day is a bit much.
