Telemarketer, call it back, press 1, machine says you will be taken off the list, all automated, takes less than a minute

Called at 11:08 PM! Only rang once, but was enough to scare me to death, since I have an elderly father in the hospital. What is up with this crap?!?

Even if it IS a Telemarketer are they allowed to call after 11PM? I thought the law was 9AM to 9PM.. I got two calls about 11:15PM this evening

I just received two calls from this number, one after the other at 8:32 this evening.  I immediately came on this Website to see if anyone else has had any calls.  It seems to me as if this is a new Caller Complaint because there aren't that many Postings here.  I'm wondering if anyone else here donated to the Red Cross or UNICEF recently for the Hatian Relief Fund because that's the only place that I can think of that would have gotten my Phone# lately. I sincerely hope not because I cannot imagine either organization selling phone #'s, but in todays world you never know.
