I also received a call on the 13th @ 2:05 pm in SE FL and it rang once and then they hung up...however, when I looked at the full number, it looked to be a number from Europe because it was 1 011 206 445 6092.  I think this is a number that is being rerouted and is not from the US and most probably it is a scam from Nigeria or someplace.

Just received a call from this number also, rang only twice.  Did not answer as I do not know anyone in Seattle

Phone rang only twice at 9:28 in the evening.

Got a call from them at 12:36am... on the National Do Not Call Registry. Called back and pressed the selection to be "removed" from their list. Hopefully that actually works.

Call shows Seattle, WA. Came in 1:39 AM Eastern Time Sat 1/

These jerks  called at 12:32 am Eastern Standard Time,  Some one needs to stop them.

Suggest do not call back most likely is scammer finding valid #s,

Just got woken up from a dead sleep @ 1AM.  Hung up by the time I answered.  We are on Do Not Call List.  Our number and caller id is blocked to callers & their caller id said unknown.  Really mad now because I'm wide awake.

They called at 2:45 AM, middle of the night!!! After two rings they hung up. Came up as unknown name.

same thing as all the rest - Central Florida - 11:45 p.m. - 4/16/10 - 2 rings - didn't answer because I don't know anyone in Washington - caller ID only showed  the number and "Seattle Wash" -

I'm in Florida.  My call came in at 2:48 AM!!!  2 rings no response.  Also on do not call list

Another early call in Florida -- about 2:30 a.m.  Grrrr.

We are in Lakeland Florida and was awoken by them at 1:30 a.m. this morning.  Last time I got a phone call in the middle of the night, my mother had to go in the hospital and never recovered so it scared me to death.

2nd time I have received a call from this number. I answered on the 2nd ring but as before nobody was there....

Just got a call from this number at 9:30 am California time.  My husband and I just got up so thankfully they didn't call when I was asleep.  2 rings and then they hung up.  We are on the Do Not Call List and we still get these annoying calls.  What can we do to get some privacy in our own homes.
