unwanted call from 206-445-6097,  they give one ring and hang up

Today-got one rung and hang up..happened twice this morning around 6am & 7am

Same experience - 7 AM call (Mountain Time Zone) - no answer on the other end.  Another call at 8 AM - nobody on the other side.

I called the number back - company is Telequest out of Seattle.  The only option provided is to have your number removed from their database - gee thanks - but why was I on your list to begin with.  So annoying - I'm already on state and fed Do Not Call lists -

got a call from this number around 7 a.m. MST--on a Saturday morning???  one ring, then hung up.  I am also on the "do not call" registry...  so annoying. I'm going to report the number.

Was on my caller ID 2/26/19 and saw this post. No message. Then again, anyone can fake an ID. Scary stuff actually.  Just search around for Caller ID faker services. Kicks our general trust in that a caller ID is accurate.

I got a call this morning from this number (2064456097) it was one ring and then a hangup.

My phone never rang but it "buzzed" and indicated 1 missed call.  I called the number back, using my ID Block, and their phone does not even ring,,,, it activated auto response along the line of "thanks for calling us back. If you wish to no longer receive calls or to be added to our do not call list, press 1 now"
Naturally, like most of you, I did not press 1.   I did report it to the FCC and emphasized that we are on the National Do Not Call Registry.

received call today 5-5-10 at 1:05PM ET - Caller ID said "Telequest" - who knows? No message. I'm sick of getting unsolicited phone calls!

This # was on my caller ID when I returned home today, no message.    I have no idea who it is.   I am also on the Do Not Call list.

Got two from them in 5 minutes, rang once and quit, leaving the number on caller ID. DNC list is just short of worthless. And so is the government as regards doing anything.

Suggestion to anyone interested: I switched from ATT to a VOIP provider whose plan includes a "black list" capability up to 99 individual numbers. All of my in & out calls show up in my online account within seconds. I simply copy / paste the number into that list, with a note as to their identity if I know it, and I never hear from that number again. They receive a message "This number is not available" when they call.

Great thing is that I also use it for those callers that are exempt from regulations. Works wonders.

Received a call at 0700 on May 9. No one there when I answered.
