I got the call and waited around - eventually started a recorded message about upside down loans.  I hung up and it called me right back. I answered again and then it hung up on me. Guess they wanted the last word. haha.

Call came 12.7.12 at 330pm on a Friday afternoon...also called me 12.6.12 at 11:54am...i did NOT answer both times because it is unrecognizable and I don't answer those calls.  Very irritating to see this number is SPAM.

Are robo calls illegal? This loan or mortgage company calls constantly.

I've received the recorded message several times and pushed the appropiate number to request my number to be removed. Today I pushed 1 to speak to speak to someone and asked how they got my number, the man was rude and said they only get it from my lender: 2 ways if I'm unside down on my mortage or having trouble making payments, neither is the case. He said I must have won the lottery or already lost my house. I told him to get my number off their system, we'll see.

telephone solicitors....need i say more? actually I do   loan modification specialists!   these people are very rude....I can not give you an honest count of the calls i have received from these predators but it has been many.....god forbid you call anyone if by chance you are in a situation that puts you in need of information concerning help for an existing loan.  evidently people sell any and ALLbasic info  to these telemarketers. so at this point1 we are a number and 2  we are in terrible need of help and 3  stupid for allowing ourselves to be led into a situation like this . NOW if we are smart we will realize anything easy will be bad in the long run. this housing trap is nothing more then the banking worlds escape route should the collaps occur. MORE OF THE SAME!!!! I have been called EVERY DAY FOR MONTHS>>>pressed2 a so many times asked to be removed until i am passed.  I have called the do not call registry and atty generals office....I wonder how far this [***] will go before they remove me from their list

Received robo call about being upside down on mortgage. If you hit 1 to connect to a person, nothing happens

I have told these people to stop calling! They tell you to hit 2 to stop receiving calls and then once you do that it hangs up and calls right back! It is a mortgage/foreclosure co They need to be stop! They call All Day! My number is on the Natl Do Not Call list it doesn't seem to matter that I took time to do that they still call!
