I got the same.  The caller is from seattle washington, but they left NO message.

Call came to my cell phone - Automated message starting with a very annoying cruise ship horn saying I would win a cruise for answering questions from a public opinion poll

Call went to my unlisted cellphone and left no message with no ID.   Annoying!

mistakenly i pick and i hear a scary sound, i got scare so i hang u[

This number just called and left no message...annoying.

Just a automated message that calls once a month. Give up all ready

I also received a call with no message.

This number called at 6 am I ignored it and went back to sleep. No id no message left. Tried calling the number back and it is a cruise line.

This call came on April 2,,to my cellphone., at 10:35 AM. No message. no id.

Received calls to my cell phone from this number several times.  No reply when answered and there is no message.

This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc. They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.
