Sound of a boat horn. Called my office twice today.

I heard heavy breathing, then silence, then a strained grunt, then an exhausted "Thank you."

I picked up and they hung up.

I got the same thing

Just called 5 minutes ago...didn't pick up and they didn't leave a voicemail. I have San Diego number. Reason why I don't answer unknown numbers, if it's important they'll leave a voicemail.

They called and didnt leave a message. Odd way of doing things these Telemarketers.

This number and other (206) numbers keep calling my house. No messages left. I'm filing a complaint with the FTC http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm?sid=d1e419&id=d1e476 and the FCC https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/.

Called my cell phone today and they didn't leave a voicemail. I ignore calls to phone numbers I and my phone don't recognize. Off to put this number also on my "telemarketer" contact list....will go straight to voicemail.

They called April 24 at 10:18 no voice mail left.... I figured it was for the elections, no calls since then

I gotten this number along with 425 346 5475 and 453 753 9039 all within a 48 hour time frame, they one link is they are all around seattle.  4 months ago, random numbers from Seattle and texas called me, no clue, never leave a message, sometimes I hear something on the other line, but never a tellimarkter,  like others have claimed..  Just breathing and no answer, or nothing and no answer, really strange.

They are probably doing "random dialing," just entering numbers at random.

Are you sure about the recorded message dialing being illegal?  A lot of businesses and organizations use recorded messages:  government agencies, stores, elected officials, candidates for office, human resources departments, "Reverse 911," all very legitimate callers.

This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc. They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.
