Very long quite pause before caller responded -   He said his name is "George" looking for the owner.  He asked if I was the owner, I said "no", owner was busy, he hung up.
 

Sales call -

Ditto. Pause after I answered, repeated my hello. Think it was also "George" Wouldn't answer if I was owner just immediately stated we're on Do Not Call Registry and remove us from their list. He hung up before I could finish the sentence. That's usually the case when it's an actual person. (Lately I'm getting more robo calls which will never stop it seems. )

Ole George has apparently been busy.....also called looking for "the owner".  Well folks, that will NEVER get you thru to anyone here.  So much for the no call list.

George called me now, i told him im on do no call list, he did not care

Hung up immediately after telling him ower wasn't available. I called right back to be removed from call list and he hung up again. These calls need to STOP!

Good ole George called and said he wanted to speak with the owner, I said I was the owner since he called my cell phone lol he wanted to advance my business and I told him I was interested, he then asked what my business was, out of pure ammusement I stated "transgender pronography" in which he said "ummmm im sorry I can not help" lol and he hung up. Hahahahaha

George called me a few minutes ago with his robotic voice, hung up once he noticed he wasn't going to get the business owner on the phone.

I too got a call from George earlier today.  It is just SPAM.  A business would train their employees to identify themselves or expect to get hung up on.  George is clearly not an employee of a reputable business.  Sounds like someone in authority needs to look into this number.

Called, no answer, figure he is just playing games.

Do these calls really work?  I got the call and hung up.  What scares me is that apparently they work or why would someone bother?

George should be named Dick because he just hung up on me too!

After a long silent pause, George asked for the owner.  Asked him what it was regarding, that the owner does not take any calls if he doesn't know what it's about.  George hung up.

3rd call from this number.  At least they are coming later in morning.  1st came at 5:44 am, 2nd at 6:14 am and this morning at 6:44 am.  Always just get hang up when I answer with our company name.  Isn't there some law about telemarketers calling this early?

Ole George called me again.  Says he's looking for the owner and he is from Merchants Capital Bank.  With information for the owner only.....lol...Played with him for awhile and got bored.  Costs them money and entertains me.

Oh, good ole George called me just now.  Same pause, same "Hi, this is George.  May I speak to the owner?" Same hang up in my face when I say he's not in.  Does George or any of his little minions REALLY think they'll ever get past the gatekeeper (me) to speak with the owner after hanging up on me?  Seriously.

This is a sales guy named George who is working for Merchant's Capital Access.  He apparently gets the contact or in contact with the owner and then puts these guys on.  Probably gets paid by the bite.  Getting annoyed?  Call these morons.  The rep. I spoke to was named. Dominic
