they keep calling my cell phone but wont leave any messages

they call but wont leave a message.. I don't know the number so I wont pick up..

I called the number back.  This is a solicitation.  The cool thing is it automatically lets you remove your number from their call list and that's what I did and I stopped getting calls from them..  So called the number back its an automated thing that what you remove your number from their list.

what better way to verify the number they are calling is a good number with a live person to talk to  is to "call them back to remove from list" what a joke

best thing to do is to register with the do not call list with the Government  as feeble as it is
next is simply ignore the phone call there is no law say you have to answer a ringing phone
if you can, get a caller ID or a phone service that has call blocking features and block unwanted calls from even ringing your phone

the classic but still works alternative

you can get a sports whistle and answer the phone and wait till a Live person gets on the phone and then blow the whistle, remember most of these lowlife telemarketers have headsets so they can use both hands to type so they get a good ear full before they can get the headset off :)
do that a few times and they will note your number as hostile



almost bet that mark is one of them from this number trying to scam people into calling in to verify a good number for reselling a updated phone list

Calls never leaves number. Is this a monitoring device? Using telephony cell tech?

Recorded solicitation stated that the government is now forgiving student loans. The message asks you to call them back at a different phone number to find out how.

Scammer - Got my number from Craigslist.  First call:  Recording about getting student loans refinanced.  Second call:  Recording about erasing IRS debt.  These people are annoying me.

Call the number back and it sends you to a # removal list. See FCC complaint web site to file a complaint, please keep updated your solicitation/telemarketer do not call registry up to date it expires every 5 years

Really wish the DO NOT CALL would work.  I would feel like a million if it did.  You say 5 years?  How about I did the DO NOT CALL 2 years ago and I am being hammered, home phone, and all cell phones.

No the DNC does not expire! That was made as permanent a couple years back! Once you register, it does not expire!

Only a honest business is going to use the DNC list, charity and political is exempt! Scammers are not going to honor any list, let alone any laws!

When is the FTC going to crack down on robocalls? Big deal, they prosecute less than 1/10th of 1% of all complaints. Imagine the revenue they could create by fining all of these companies....

And the fools who believe they will remove you from their list, dont fall for that crap, they will know they have good numbers to sell to others to continue calling you, trying to sell you crap.

My phone identifies the number is from Washington. Won't leave message. I do not answer but would like to STOP receiving calls.

The Washington Attorney General needs to investigate this number.  There is a loop, you provide your number to be removed, you are simply shifted to another number and the calls resume.   SHUT THEM DOWN.
