- scamming FOR microsoft?| 1 replywhy would a multi-BILLION dollar conglomerate allow this to CONTINUE without spending every available resource to stopping/prosecuting these scum? microsoft is GLOBAL. they can "gather" information that law enforcement can't/won't. as long as this scam has been going on it sure makes me wonder why microsoft haven't been able to trace a corrupt "organization" using it's "trademarked/registered/copyrighted" name?
- Caller: refused to leave a company name
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Slim replies to scamming FOR microsoft?>> why would a multi-BILLION dollar conglomerate allow this to CONTINUE without spending every available resource to stopping/prosecuting these scum? <<
Easy answer.
They expect people who bought their product to have some intelligence ... at least enough intelligence to recognize the scam, and avoid being scammed, since warnings about the scam have been posted at Microsoft, Government, and many private sites.
In other words, they expect people to use their own resources ... of course, if you do not have the resources / intelligence to avoid the scam, you apparently need a LOT of hand-holding!
