Called my cell phone- it was some recorded message that i couldnt understand, something about call some number and 3600 dollars - all i could make out over the static

random call received-no idea who

Just like Ted, I got a call to confirm about a $3600 something. Hopefully, I won't get a call again.

Get this call over and over from "Liborg"  saying they've rented my timeshare for $3600 a week.  Interesting, as I do not, nor have I ever  had a timeshare, and number is on the DNC list.

Keeps calling but I won't answer.

They called me claiming to be from the US Treasury Department informing me that I had been selected to receive $7000 grant. While ordinary citizens might have little or no protection from these telephone stalkers it would seem that there should be laws against an organization impersonating a government agency.

i wont answer they called me at 1:00 am wtf if i could reach in the phone i woulda choked them

Who ever is placing this call has just hit a new low - once I opened my phone to answer, I heard  a ringing sound like the ring that you hear when you are calling someone and they haven't picked up yet.  So what they have figured out is how to get YOU to call them!  I hung up as soon as I heard the ringing so at least my call didn't go through with me being charged for the call.

Same thing just happened to me.

Same thing happened to me...rang through and then sounded like someone answered but they said nothing..just a lot of static.

Received two calls from this number.  One message sounded like children playing in the background and the other was a man repeatedly saying "hello."

I have been receiving numerous phone calls from this number-LIBORGD
OTCOM.  The first time I answered the phone, my phone automatically started dialing an unknown number-I immediately hung up.  I called 206-445-6546 on my cell phone (no charge)which gave me the option to be put on a "do not call" list. However, since I don't have long distance on my home phone, I can't get put on a "do not call" list.  I don't answer the phone when they call.  I want these people to quit calling me!!!!!

repeated calls and various garbbled message attempts.  I hope someone can put a stop to this.  The cell phone is on the do not call list.

I received a call from this number last night.  They left a message on my voicemail.  All that was said repeatedly was "hello Laura, hello".  It sounded like an asian lady.  It also had a lot of background noise.  Perhaps itt was children.

Yeah, just got a few calls from this number today.  First time sounded like a child, second and third times an adult.  Asian accent.

This caller called four times in one day.  Each time I was not home. When I listen to my messages I can't even determine what they are wanting....Please put this number on a no call list for me.

these people have called me numerous times...i only picked it up once and i heard a ringing like i was calling someone, so i immediately hung up. how the hell do i block this # from calling me?! i'm so sick of this...
