girlfriend got this number along with shady prank

I received the same thing.  Harp music and it hung up.

I received a call from this number on my cell phone, and the phone isn't even in my name.  I don't answer numbers I don't know. so they can call all they want they aren't going to get an answer on my phone.

I got a call from this number which went to my answering service. There was a long silence followed by a hang up. I called the number back from a blocked phone and got a generic answering machine offering to put me on their "do not call list" and be removed from their "preferred customer service". I am on ever conceivable do not call list, and not on any ones "preferred customer" service list. Please track these people down and stop this annoying behavior, by the results from Googling this number, they are regular abusers.

Got a call from them a few minutes ago. When answered he claimed to be from the U.S. Medical Office. The guy had a huge Indian accent which made me suspicious. So I ask him to repaet the name of the organization he is representing, he does, I ask him to please hold, and he hung up.

I got a call from this number. When I answered, there was a long pause. A guy with an India accent said he was calling from my pharmacy and wanted to sell me viagra. The connection was very poor. Obviously its a scam from India. I called Verizon and they said these scamers connect through an American number so an international number doesn't show up on caller ID. These same guys have called me from a NJ area code too.

Received two calls from this number first one was stance music then voice with an accent. I hung up and refuse to answer next time. Hope these people give up on mynumber!

This guy leaves me messages saying hes a detective with the law and investigation department and that I am involved in a county matter.... I suspect debt collector, because he does not identify the government agency that he works for.  He sounds very threatening in an asian accent and what sounds like a scripted conversation, and at the end says, thank you have a great day.... I am recording all future calls and will seek an attorney.  I understand they can be fined for each threatening call they give me.
I certainly hope so!
