Call received at 3:38 pm on April 8, 2010. who is it?

I received a couple of calls from this number the first time I did not answer but I did call back and got a message asking me to press 1 if I did not wish to receive any more calls so I pressed 1. The second call I answered, it started ringing to a different number where I was given a job offer that sounded to good to be true at which point I asked them to tell me where they got my name and cell phone number because I do not give this number out and it is on a no call list at which point they hung up without an answer.

This number calls my new home phone # almost daily and the foreigners are always asking for Steven and wanting to mail me  Steven's viagra and ambien. I don't know this man but I keep telling the callers that Steven has died and no longer needs to get it up but for some reason they still continue to call.
