The culprit is Senture, a telemarket company
in KY hired to work for the Stop the gag law campaign.   I have provided DF net research in Seattle with this Ky company's info, as the Seattle co. is completely innocent.  Senture says they know nothing about Net Research Services, even though the recording says that who called you, but they admit they are making the calls.  The number for Senture is 606-877-6670, and they have stopped calling me after I got to the source of the problem.

Note that the company that you Googled is DF/Net Research, Inc. - not Net Research Services. Our company does medical research with a focus on clinical trials in Africa and has nothing to do with the survey firm. Please don't call us - we have nothing to do with this other organization, and do not and never had made any sort of marketing or survey calls. It's just not our line of business.

These telemarketing firms use a variety of outgoing call numbers, this just happened to match the 206 area code of our company in Seattle. I'm sure next week when they switch numbers again it will be some fishing net research firm in Oregon that gets erroneously confused with this other company.

The calls I've received from this number are regarding Republican candidate Joe Miller and some of the ballot measures we will be voting on in the Alaskan primary on August 24.  I'm definitely not voting for him, especially when one of his solicitors woke me up early one morning last week.  I asked that my number be removed from their list, and she said she would.  Ha ha.  I've received no fewer than three phone calls per day.  I nearly wrote a letter to the editor of our local newspaper inviting readers to call 1-206-453-6018, and I'm glad that I didn't now that I read the post by the company who actually owns that number.

These butt-heads call and hang up when I answer.  Gutless [***].  I wish they'd slide off the face of the earth.  I've told them before my wife is on hospice care and they keep calling for her.
