Caller rang a few times and hung up.
This number is also listed on other sites as scam for Social Security

Calling me and hanging up. I call it back and it says I reached a non working number.

The female that called said she was with Senior Care Authorities and wanted to speak to a certain individual  my wife. I ask them why questions and they would not reply to me and just danced around with other questions. Then they said "Well ok then" and hung up. From what I sensed it was a scam attempt to steal money from us elderly people!  Please be aware this type of scam everyone and be safe!

2 calls no messages left

Comes up as "State of WA."  No voice mail left.

Called and wanted my SSN.  Told them I don't have a SSN number since I'm here hiding illegally, but I will pay in cash any penalties.  Will meet and drop off the money at my disclosed location.

Called my phone and twice and did not leave message

Listed as possible scam caller on caller id. Left voice mail in Chinese then translated to English stating it was my phone carrier Chinese voice support department with a notice. Called my phone carrier and they confirmed it was a scam caller.

keep harrassing me

Called and left voicemail stating she was from the department of health services and that I owed them money. Said her name was Lillian and left another number to call back but she got cut off in the middle of giving the number. Called the first number back and received an automatic message stating that the phone number was a non active Washington number.

This is an outgoing WA State DSHS line. Received a call from my co-work on this number. Not a scam call, and call cannot be returned on this line. It is outgoing only.

The number showed up in my call logs as a missed call.  I was sitting by the phone and it didn't ring.  Just over a minute later, the same number called again.  When I answered it, I heard two short, monotone beeps and then the call was terminated.  When I tried to call the number back I was met with the following recording:
"You have a non working number for the state of Washington"

Same. I missed the call & called back. "you've reached the state of Washington, and it hung up"

Recd call a 9:47am 12/23 caller stated fn dshs wanted bank accounts otherwise would be denied disability and medical coverage

Recd call stating fm dshs requestung authorization to contact banks or would be taken off disability and denied health coverage

You are most likely the scammer.  This number says child support when it called me. I can't stand people like you.

This is State of Washington phone number.  For example, I got a call at work from the Department of Enterprise Services (DES) from that number, relating to my work.  Many other State agencies probably use it.

Number has called twice today. Hangs up as soon as message service starts without leaving a message.
