Starting getting phone calls from this number. I will not answer since the number is unknown and they will not leave a message.

I get a call everyday from this (these) lowlife scum and they never leave a message. I'm going to block the punks!

This might be the "Ind Sur Grp."  I'm guessing that this stands for "Indian Survey Group."

do not call....I am waiting to hear from hospice and your calls are unecessary, and wasting my time/ We are going through a very stressful time with illness in my family.

I called them back.  It was a rate reduction place.  I asked them to take my number off their list and the lady just hung up.
